The Woodbury Junior Women’s Club is a member of Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. The club was founded February 13, 1968. During it’s rich 45 year history, we have donated thousands of dollars in financial and humanitarian aid to local, state, and national projects.

Our Mission

WJWC projects help improve the lives of many people in Woodbury and beyond.

  • Donations to the local fuel bank
  • Donations to state organizations
  • Annual luncheon for the residents of Spruce Bank Farms
  • Support of the CJW Long Term Affilation Project, Manes in Motion

“The objectives of WJWC, which is a non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-profit, shall be charitable so as to promote our common interest in education, philanthropy, public health and welfare, moral values, civic, conservation and fine arts.”

Public is welcome to all events.

Woodbury Junior Women's Club sponsors several projects and events each year that support our mission and volunteer goals. 

  • Participation in Woodbury's Annual Christmas Festival.  Craft Fair, Festival of Wreaths, Visits with Santa.
